Sunset Valley Chicks is so proud to continue breeding our brown splash Wyandotte bantam breed.

The Wyandotte is an American breed of chicken developed in the 1870s. It was named for the indigenous Wyandot people of North America. The Wyandotte is a dual-purpose breed, kept for its brown eggs and its yellow-skinned meat. It is a popular show bird, and has many color variants. At Sunset Valley Chicks we are focussing on Silver Lace Wyandotte, Blue Lace Wyandotte and Gold Lace Wyandotte in the standard size moving forward plus our bantam brown splash wyandottes.

The wyandotte will lay 3-4 eggs comfortably a week and with a nice light brown shade egg.

They are very docile bird, make beautiful friendly pets and are stunning to look at amongst your flock or if you wish to breed.

This season our focus is to improve and grow our pen size so we can offer our followers more of these beautiful breed.

Wyandotte chicken is a very easygoing and are very adaptable usually to add a couple at a time to a new flock.
