Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping on all Australian orders.
• Flat Rate Shipping on all International orders will be charged a flat fee of $25.00.
• Please allow approximately 14-21 business days for delivery from the date of the order being placed* (subject to availability and delivery schedules from our courier service).
• All Sunset Valley Chicks Merchandise are made to order and processed immediately.
• All orders are shipped using the most economical shipping rate.
• Pre-orders are delivered as soon as they are produced. The approximate date of delivery is on the product page.
• We do not operate on public holidays or outside of business days.
• Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email allowing you to track your package.
• We use several trusted suppliers that custom make each product just for you so you may receive several packages if ordering a few items but don’t worry its FREE postage on every item for Australia.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Sunset Valley Chicks will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as its rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products.

  • Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

As much as we would like to, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We do not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages. 

RETURNS POLICY

Overview

To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide cash refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must return products within seven (7) days from the date you receive your item.

If the criteria above are fulfilled, we offer an exchange of the same item in a different size, or store credit that is valid for 6 months from the date you receive it.

Products that are no longer in stock, or open cartons, are not accepted for return.

Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers are non-returnable items.

Any promotional gifts must be returned when returning the item purchased in conjunction with the gift.

To complete your return, we require a receipt as proof of purchase.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not refunded.

Exchanges

An exchange may be offered if you wish to change the size of a product, provided the item is returned within seven (7) days of receiving your order in the same condition in which they were delivered along with the any tags and in the original packaging.

All credit notes are valid for 6 months only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo code.

If Returns are not received in the original packaging, there will be a $20 restocking fee applied.Top of Form

Shipping returns

To return your product, please email your query and a shipping address will be provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do not provide return shipping labels.
