🌿 Yea Garden Expo 2025 — Full Details
When: Saturday, Sept 20 & Sunday, Sept 21, 2025 — 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Where: Yea Saleyards, Flat Lead Road, Yea, Victoria
Entry Fee: $12 at the gate; concessions & online bookings available; kids under 16 free; parking is free
Details: Over 70 vendors with plants, tools, garden décor; guest speakers; dog‑friendly
Sunset Valley Chicks Stall: Expect pullet layers, silkies, ducks AND geese. DAY OLD CHICKS will only be available now for pick up from Yea Garden Expo.
🐓 Paul’s at Oldfields Garden & Farm, Kinglake West This Saturday being the third saturday of the month.
Location: 3 Oldfield Road, Kinglake West, VIC
When: Paul 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
What’s Available: Pullets/layers (commercial browns) and plenty of beautiful silkie pullets this month!

✅ Tips for the Weekend
* Arrive early at Oldfields, Yea, or Wallan for choice of birds if you havent placed an order though pelnnty of extras are allocated for all events
* Bring a box or crate otherwise we do have free boxes for transport
* Wear comfortable shoes for the expo lots to see!
* Cash + EFTPOS – have both just in case
* Keep an eye on Sunset Valley Chicks’ social media for last‑minute breed updates & weather changes

Maria will be at the Yea Gardenn Expo but dont worry Paul, Izzy, Sarah have it covered at the other events.
There will be no day olds at any of the locations this weekend but if your are around why not come to the expo where all our beautiful breeds are becoming available as day olds now we are well into hatching season.
YES if you are sorting out your flocks and have unwanted poultry all locations can accept them this weekend. Just bring them in we will have crates for transnporting them home.
