Shipping is FREE across the entire Sunset Valley Chicks Merch store and will be displayed as FREE Shipping at checkout.

Delivery estimates will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. We want to offer a wide variety of sizes and colours to you, so some items are using overseas suppliers.

Damages & Returns:
Sunset Valley Chicks Merch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Our products are uniquely crafted and produced upon order, ensuring each item is one-of-a-kind. Please note that we do not support returns or exchanges for orders where customers have chosen the wrong size, colour, or simply changed their minds.
However, if you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
